The Derm Team was founded by Gayle, a dermal science professional, skincare formulator, educator, trainer and assessor of future beauty and dermal professionals.
Gayle’s love of skincare comes from a genuine fascination with skin and how it changes, what influences it and why finding the right routine can often feel more complicated than it should.
Working across skin health, education and organic skincare formulation has shaped her belief that people need less confusion and more thoughtful products designed around real skin concerns.
The Derm Team was created with concerns such as dark marks, uneven-looking tone, dehydration, sensitivity and dullness in mind, with particular consideration for melanin-rich skin while remaining inclusive of all skin types.
For Gayle, skincare is about understanding your skin, choosing products with purpose and building a routine that feels achievable.
The Derm Team is the result of her love of skincare and her belief that caring for your skin should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
